DMCA Policy for Xfinity Outage San Francisco

Xfinity Outage San Francisco respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Xfinity Outage San Francisco website (the "Site") that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (DMCA Takedown Request)

    • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  6. Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Xfinity Outage San Francisco's Designated Copyright Agent at the address provided via our contact page.

Counter-Notification to a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (see contact link below). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled (e.g., URL).
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  • The following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Your electronic or physical signature.
  • Deliver this Counter-Notification, with all items completed, to Xfinity Outage San Francisco's Designated Copyright Agent at the address provided via our contact page.
